West Coast Impact
Where We Compete
West Coast Impact competes with teams in our league across Northern California, in tournaments in Southern California within California Home School Sports, and nationally against other homeschool programs in tournaments like the National Christian Homeschool Championships.

Our vision is to have dedicated facilities, but in the meantime, we utilize various gyms located in Rocklin, Roseville, Fair Oaks, Placerville, and the greater Sacramento and Vacaville areas for practices and games. Please check each sport’s page for specific practice and game locations as our zip codes continue to expand.
For away games, our teams travel to locations throughout Northern California. Families are responsible for transportation, but we encourage teams to organize carpools to support one another.

Our Competition
Most of the teams we compete against are within our league, and we occasionally scrimmage teams outside the league. Though CIF regulations prohibit us from officially competing against CIF-affiliated teams we have a fully developed schedule that allows for competitive play against many other teams.

California Home School Sports
West Coast Impact proudly participates in California Home School Sports (CHSS), which was founded in 1995 as Christian Heritage Sports to offer athletic opportunities for home-schooled students in Southern California. CHSS organizes a league of teams competing in basketball, volleyball, football, baseball, softball, and track and field, and as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, it also hosts statewide championship events, including the March Gladness Basketball Tournament, Home School Volleyball Championships, and Home School Track and Field Invitational.

National Christian Homeschool Championships
West Coast Impact also proudly participates in the NCHC, showcasing the talent and dedication of its athletes on a national stage. The National Christian Homeschool Championship was founded during the 1991-92 season, with the first HomeSchool Basketball National Championships being played in March of 1992 in San Antonio, Texas. The NCHVC HomeSchool Volleyball National Championships were founded in 2009 and, as of 2024, featured a record-shattering 158 teams. The NCHC now hosts both regional and national tournaments across multiple sports, including basketball, volleyball, soccer, golf, and track and field.Â
