What I love about coaching
Seeing the players connect with each other and the sport is amazing to watch. I love seeing them grow through the season with their skills and in character. When there’s a good play and my players get so excited and cheer each other on it makes me so happy for them, the same as when the game isn’t going so well and some of them might start to get down on themselves and the others help them get out of their head instead of getting mad I’m very proud. Coaching especially with West Coast is so fun it’s like a family everyone is on a team but the community of West Coast do so much together and that makes the season great.
